Our client had a need for a first-time web presence as a realtor. They wanted to integrate their MLS listings seamlessly into the site without linking to MLS externally. They also needed the ability to easily update content. In addition, they had a preferred graphic designer whom they wanted to create the artwork for the site, but then to hand off the completed artwork to us for conversion into a website.
For this project, we recommended WordPress for its extensibility and ease-of-use as a content management system. Istetix converted the artwork into a Responsive Design WordPress template. To integrate with MLS, we opted for the iHomeFinder Optima Express real estate listings plug-in. The plug-in offers multiple widgets that we were able to embed within the pages of the WordPress site.
